JOB DESCRIPTION:
KPMG LLP provides audit, tax and advisory services to a broad range of clients. KPMG?s commitment to its clients is demonstrated in our client service delivery approach with cross-functional teams that extend across industry segments. We are currently seeking a Human Resources (HR) Writer to join us in our Montvale office.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Work with clients and other members of the HR Communications team and the broader Internal Communications group in identifying the audience, and help in planning and executing the communications plan
- Support and participate in the development and communication of major HR initiatives
- Support the writing, editing, and/or production of communications within Brand and Regulatory Compliance guidelines that accomplish strategic goals
- Help distribute HR materials to appropriate audiences
- Participate in research and work on special projects as needed/assigned
- Support timely and accurate distribution of appropriate HR information to the firm?s Web site
- Function independently and effectively as a member of a fast-paced, integrated communications team
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor?s degree from an accredited college/university or equivalent level of knowledge is required
- Minimum of three to four years of experience in a corporate environment interacting with employees and clients at various levels is required
- Good writing skills and strong interpersonal skills are a must
- Strong verbal, written communications, and proofreading skills are a must
- College newspaper or similar experience is a plus
- Must have the ability to multi-task and handle highly confidential information
- Must have proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications with strong PowerPoint and Excel skills
